Although our studio is in Brantford, Ontario, we work with clients worldwide for both our virtual design and turn-key services. The first step is to fill out our project inquiry form to book your free 15 minute discovery call. This will allow Sarah to get to know you and learn about your project. On the call, Sarah will answer any questions and help you decide what services are the best fit for your project. We will then schedule an in-home consultation with Sarah to further discuss your vision and provide you with insight into budgets and our creative process.

The interior design process can be overwhelming, but it will affect every aspect of your new build or renovation. From the get-go, it can often be difficult to determine an appropriate budget, but the help and guidance of an interior design professional will be the best investment you will ever make. Our experienced team of professionals will help comb through every detail, developing budgeting, timeline and floor plans as soon as you decide you would like to invest in upgrading your home or building from the ground up. We value our clients and want to ensure they will have peace of mind knowing we are looking after all of the details from the very start. Our team will select all the materials for you, and make site visits during construction to ensure materials installations and layouts are being executed according to plan. Our goal is to make the design and construction process go smoothly. We’ll make sure your home is beautiful as well as functional for your unique needs and lifestyle.

Our design aesthetic is to create livable interiors that are representative of our client and how they live. We do not have one particular style, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to produce the right design for every client and their individual preferences.

We are open to discussion around working with existing pieces. With that said, we are very honest about what works and what doesn’t. For example, if a piece is too large or too small in scale for the desired look of the room, we will recommend an area of your home where the piece may be better suited.

We source all of the beautiful and unique materials for your home, including the furnishings, to create a fully finished home and complete design. We seek out unique pieces on your behalf so we know the products are best suited for your desired aesthetic and lifestyle.

We also act as your retailer. If you choose to invest in our turn-key design service, we purchase the furniture specified in our design concept and take care of all the small details, like colours, textiles, sizing, placement, and other customizations to suit your needs. This allows us to manage and control everything. Should any issues arise, we will look after every aspect on your behalf during the procurement phase.

Over the years, we have cultivated relationships with our trusted suppliers, vendors, artisans and tradespeople in every product and service category imaginable. They value our business and will offer us the best service and pricing.

Nothing is ordered until you have approved and paid in full. At the design presentation meeting, you are provided with a spreadsheet of the full budget breakdown for every piece of furniture we are purchasing for you. Any requested adjustments are made and presented to you for approval. We want to ensure you have a very good understanding of what you are paying for every item that meets your standards.

We do offer many options that are customizable to the individual needs of each client and the space we are designing. This could include upholstery, drapery, bedding, and finishes on case goods. Custom touches help give a space the uniqueness most clients desire. Of course, not everything has to be custom. We work with a lot of trade vendors and would be happy to incorporate ready-made items into your design. Keep in mind that custom does not automatically mean expensive. Regardless of whatever route you choose, we guarantee that the finished design will be personalized to suit your lifestyle and your taste.

We have our preferred contracting teams with whom we have established business relationships. However, we are happy to work with your contractors and subcontractors. We will do our part to provide detailed information and communicate with them at every stage of the process.

We will help educate you on the right questions to ask and what licenses and documentation you should look for. We will provide them with the detailed scope of work and review estimates. We recognize the renovation process can be stressful so it is our goal to make the process of working with a contracting team easy and hassle-free.
